How long does it take for you to design a web site?

Our average turnover for web design is approximately three weeks from start to finish. This includes initial consultation, complete design work and approval, and launch consultation. This time may vary slightly from site to site and is typically shorter for most sites.

What are the payment details?

We accept check, cash, and credit card via PayPal.

For web design, the first payment of 50% is due at the signing of design contract. The remaining balance is due at the completion of "Implementation & Approval" stage in the design process (for details, see the Design Process page). This payment is due even if you do not yet have all of your content completed for the launch of your site.

Payments for one time SEO consultations are due at the time of consultation. Ongoing SEO contracts are required to provide a valid credit card to be charged on a monthly basis for the term of the contract. Fees for all other services rendered are to be paid on or before the completion of design and before the production or delivery of any products.

Is search engine optimization guaranteed?

Because search engines are constantly changing computer algorithms which are getting smarter and smarter every day, there can be no guarantees to search engine optimization. However, there are many proven methods that have been reinforced by the software authors from Google.com which can be utilized in order to successfully boost page rankings and keyword searches. Depending on the competition for keywords based on location and industry, most sites can reach a high page ranking (top 2 pages minimum) within a 6 month period of active optimization.

Do you provide CD's of designs for business cards and other promotional materials?

Yes! We outsource our printing for promotional materials to a local company, but we also provide the final design to you on CD should you choose to find your own printing method.
