SIMPLY CREATIVE WEB DESIGN is the creative workings of Matt Johnson (there's more info on that handsome devil below). He formed Simply Creative to fit a much needed niche within the design community. The goal was simple - to provide web-design services that combine functionality and creativity to make unique, easy to navigate sites for our web-design clients.
Our sites reflect this philosophy of design as they are carefully planned, designed, and implemented to ensure a great combination of creativity and simplicity. About the Owner - Matt Johnson...

Here's the details about me - I'm a simple guy, but a man who wears a lot of hats (maybe that's why my hairline is fading so fast?) - husband, proud doggy dad, designer, photographer, pastor, and friend. In July of 2007 I left a hotel management position with a national hotel chain to pursue entrepreneurship in web design. Shortly after that I took a position as a sub-contractor for another local Cincinnati Web Design firm and sharpened my skills in design and search engine optimization. As SIMPLY CREATIVE WEB DESIGN has grown, I have shifted my focus from sub-contracting to my own clients.

Web design has come as a natural creative outflow from of my background in fine arts and my self admitted computer nerdiness. My experience in hotel management and church marketing have also been great assets in helping to shape my design philosophy and marketing ideas. In addition to my web-design company, I'm also the associate pastor at The Orchard Church in the Morrow/Maineville, Ohio area.

I've been married to my beautiful wife Ashley for over four years now and we've got three furry kids (2 mutts and a Maine coon). When I find some spare time, I'm usually watching the Cubs or the Packers, listening to the likes of U2, Audioslave, Johnny Cash, or Carbon Leaf, or enjoying the occasional glass of dry red wine or a pint of dark beer.
